Back from a much needed vacation which ended I might add with a trip to phillips and em what the hell is goin on here. I saw what I had been hoping for a Team yes the thrashers whipping the senators. I will go on about our new guys but I want to take a moment to talk about the a guy who has been here all along.Jimmy slater no one plays harder than Jimmy in my humble opinion and lights a fire underneath this team like no other.He scores goals,will fight a guy if he has to and really has taken a role that this team has missing.CONFIDENCE another in that same area would be our man Moose.I for one loved that he got so angry over the B.S. goal and elbow by the Senators,but this team needs to do this if they want to get to the playoffs,get mad and fight. After that goal we gave up another ,but we came out in the third and exploded. Onward to the Philly games and must say the two players I just mentioned stepped up again,along with Pavelic stopping 44 shots. I am pumped.If ever their was a more important game this year it is tuesday and Boston has been on a tear as of late. We need to shut them down!!!

I would like you to study the two pictures to the left and why I love this team so much,its coaching staff were two players I loved watching when I was a little Junior hartford whaler.

Ahhhh that feels so much better

After returning from countless man on the street interviews, I was awakened to last nights pummeling of the islanders.
I am so impressed with Bergie,R2,MacArthur, and our fantastic regulars Max, Antro and B little. I have to give to DW for not selling off every piece we have only to get zhitniked. The fans are more positive and even other hockey fans have respect for our boys. I look over to New Jersey and its the same old story,like when one of your friends starts dating one of your ex'es.Its their problem now. Even if we don't make the playoffs we should feel confident as thrasher fans that we have something special here. Most of our team is under 30 yrs old apart from Chelios who is the best American born defenseman of all time. Bring him up for one game guys just one I want to see him play just one more time. Evander Kane when he gains size which is enevitable considering he's only eighteen he will be a monster on the ice.. Also Bergfors looks like a 30 goal scorer to me and once Little gets out of his slump you can add him to that list as well. Pavelec needs to come into his own and that will happen maybe not this year,but possibly the next. I am also a beliver in given the right circumstances and coach to give you a chance great things happen. I see that for Macarthur and R2
like it was for peverley,and slater I would much more like to see players who fight every night for their team. Than flashy goals and a cherry pick. On last thing to mention and this is Huge it is almost 1:30pm on the east coast and a press release has not come across my desk or anyone elses for that matter that we are moving to Winnipeg. So please Mr eklund take it and shove it up your ass.Now on to the playoffs.
